Welcome to my blog! This is the first entry in what I hope will be an interesting and informative blog about tech writing, industry trends, technology, graphic and web design, software development, new media, and the life of a young professional who just moved from warm, sunny Florida to cold, frosty Boston.
My posts will be a combination of career and personal topics, as there needs to be a balance of work and play in life. To introduce myself, I am a 24 year old Technical Writer living in Boston, MA. I graduated from the University of South Florida with honors in 2010 and have been working as a tech writer ever since. I am one of the few people I know that was able to find a job in their chosen field of study immediately after college. I feel very fortunate for the wonderful things that have happened to me in the past several years.
