Welcome to my blog!  Thanks for checking it out. This is a blog about tech writing, user experience design, usability, business analysis, information architecture, industry trends, technology, graphic and web design, software development, web development, mobile application development, software user assistance, new media, and the life of a young professional living in Tampa, Fl.

My posts will be a combination of career and personal topics, as there needs to be a balance of work and play in life.  To introduce myself further, I am a Business Analyst working for a Software and Web Development company called MB2x.  We specialize in creating custom web-based software for companies of all sizes.  Our developers are experts in Microsoft technologies.  I graduated from the University of South Florida in Dec 2010 and have been working as a tech writer ever since.  Read more about me on my Linkedin Profile.  I am one of the few people I know that was able to find a job in their chosen field of study immediately after college.    I feel very fortunate for the wonderful things that have happened to me in the past several years.
